A blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault produces the immediately appealing and enticing salmon colour of this charming Rose. Very delicate berry and herb aromas precede the similarly subtle yet zesty ripe fruit flavours. The restrained nature would be served best with a light meal of grilled chicken breast or pasta primavera. This outstanding 2009 vintage has just arrived in store, but numbers are limited.
