A fitting alternative to a Chardonnay or Semillon Sauvignon Blanc the striking lemon yellow colour of this Pinot Gris gives way to a nose of dried pear and apple, peach and apricot, almonds and sweet floral and honeysuckle. Flavours of pear and stone-fruit emerge again on the soft, full and well balanced palate. The fresh fruit essences complement sausage, fish and spicy food well or make a lovely aperitif to enjoy during warmer weather.
