Availability
Occasionally, the Raffles Liquor Merchants will run out of wine from a particular vintage.
If you happen to order a bottle or case of wine that we have run out of we will contact you and offer to replace your wine order with the same wine but from a different vintage.

Change of Details
We would appreciate if all customers, including Vintage Wine Club members, would notify us when their details have changed. You can do this by editing your Raffles Liquor Merchants Website online profile or emailing your new details to admin@rafflesperth.com
Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Delivery charges are an additional cost.
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express and Diners.

Within Australia
Please allow 1 to 6 working days for delivery within the Perth metropolitan area. If you require your order to be delivered in a specific timeframe, please contact us on +61 8 9314 9010 and we will try our hardest to accomodate your request.
Outside of the Perth metropolitan area, depending on the delivery destination, please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery to other areas of Australia.

The Raffles Liquor Merchants uses Australia Post to deliver all of its orders within Australia and around the world. All delivery charges include Australia Post's registered delivery service and secure packaging.

International Delivery
The Raffles Liquor Merchants are able to arrange delivery to most cities around the world. If you would like your order to be delivered outside of Australia we will contact you to notify you of the delivery charge once we receive you order.
Import duties, excises and local taxes are not covered by Raffles Liquor Merchants delivery fees and may be payable in the destination country. Such duties/charges are unpredictable and vary from country to country. Raffles Liquor Merchants can not pay these duties and it the responsibility of the purchaser of goods from Raffles Liquor Merchants to pay any such duty, excise, charge or tax, should they arise.
Raffles Liquor Merchants does not ship to the continents of Africa or South America.
Please allow 7 to 15 days for international delivery.

Delivery of Goods
Anyone at the specified delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Raffles Liquor Merchants to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. Raffles Liquor Merchants may request that the person who receives the goods at the delivery address provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Raffles Liquor Merchants will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.

Breakages
If you receive your order and it is damaged please contact us immediately so that we can organise a replacement or refund. Replacements and refunds will only be given once the damaged goods are returned to our store.

Returns
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken, corked, oxidised or not of merchantable quality when they are delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case for a refund or a replacement.
We will refund you as soon as the wine is picked up and received back to our store.
Any wines collected by Australia Post must be in their original box to avoid further breakages, where possible.
